What are your shipping and handling charges?
Orders within the U.S. are usually shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You will be emailed the tracking number and a fast link to track your package online. The shipping charge is automatically figured into your order total.  The cost for one bottle shipped Priority Mail is $6.  A charge of $1 is added for each additional bottle ordered.

Can you ship express methods?
Upon request, we can ship overnight or Second Day through United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service Express Mail. This new shipping charge will replace the one calculated with your order. In most circumstances, we will ship your order within 24 hours of your request. To indicate that you wish an express method of shipping, enter your request in the Shipping Comments of your order, or email or call us as soon as possible after placing your order. These methods are automatically insured for up to $100. We will add additional insurance based on the total amount of your order. Please indicate if you want Overnight or 2nd Day.

Express Mail from our location is usually a 2 day delivery, not one day, and is $21 for most orders of 1 to 2 bottles. Depending on where you live, UPS Overnight Saver is about $29 to $37 for most orders of 1 to 2 bottles. UPS Second Day is about $13 to $18 for most orders of 1 to 2 bottles. If you know what method you want, and approve the approximate cost, please indicate so on your order or your email - knowing exactly what you want saves time in communication, which is vital when you want your package sent via an express method.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes, we ship to many other countries on a daily basis. Once you have placed your order, you will be contacted by email with shipping options and costs. The following methods are for shipping through the U.S. Postal Service. The shipping times are only for the actual shipping duration, and do not include the time it takes for your package to clear customs. Delivery timing is not guaranteed with any of these services. We can ship via UPS if you wish – email for a quote. UPS is quicker, but about twice the cost of Express Mail.

EXPRESS MAIL arrives in your country in approximately 3 to 5 shipping days, then goes through customs. It is insured and has a tracking number with which you can observe your package progress on the internet at www.USPS.com

GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL arrives in your country in approximately 4 to 6 shipping days, then goes through customs. It is not insured. However, it is an expedited airmail service, and is a little faster than regular Airmail. It also has a tracking number with which you can observe your package progress on the internet at www.USPS.com

AIRMAIL LETTER POST arrives in your country in approximately 4 to 7 shipping days, then goes through customs. It is not insured. It does not have a tracking number. This method often takes longer to clear customs than the other methods.

ADDITIONAL FEES: You will most likely be charged a sales tax and customs processing fee when you receive your package. There may also be an import duty tax. Express Mail and UPS may also charge you a brokerage fee. We have no control over these fees. Check with your postal service to determine what the import fees are in your country for the products you ordered. The harmonized tariff code we use for this product is 3304.10, described as: Beauty Preparations - Cosmetic Creams and Lotions.

INSURANCE: Uninsured Airmail Letter Post and Global Priority Mail packages arrive to most countries without any problems. However, insurance is necessary in certain countries where packages can be lost or stolen. If you feel your package would arrive safely, or do not need it in a hurry, by all means choose the less expensive uninsured method. Keep in mind, though, that we DO NOT replace lost packages that are sent UNINSURED. If sent INSURED Express Mail, and the package is lost, we would of course replace the order once we had a confirmation from the post office that the package was lost.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Some countries will not allow nutritional supplements to be imported into the country, and will refuse entry of your package. If this should occur, we will refund the cost of the products to you once they are received by us, but not the cost of shipping. Therefore, you should investigate whether your country will allow the goods to be imported before you continue with this order. The harmonized tariff code we use for this product is 3304.10, described as: Beauty Preparations - Cosmetic Creams and Lotions.

RETURNS: We cannot accept returns of products shipped outside of the United States. The ingredients in a natural beauty preparation need to be stored at proper temperatures (minimum 40 degrees F, maximum 90 degrees F). The conditions in which a package has been stored and traveled when returned to us cannot be known, and therefore the product can not be restocked.

MAIL OR TELEPHONE ORDERS: If you wish to send a Mail Order, or place a Telephone Order, please first place the order on our website following the Order Process instructions below. Within a few days you will receive an email from us with your shipping options. If you do not receive this email, please email us with your Order number so that we may send the shipping options to the proper email address. For telephone orders, once we know your shipping choice, we will add it to the credit card you gave us over the telephone. For Mail Orders, you will add the shipping charge to your money order. Payment in U.S. DOLLARS ONLY, FROM AN INTERNATIONAL BANK. NO INTERNATIONAL POSTAL MONEY ORDERS.

Do you offer insurance?
Priority Mail is not automatically insured. If you wish to have your U.S. order sent insured, please make a request in the Shipping Comments section of your order, or email us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Insurance fees for U.S. orders, based on merchandise total, are as follows:

$.01 to $50 ---  $1.35
$51 to $100 --- $2.30
$101 to $200 -- $3.35
$201 to $300 -- $4.40
$301 to $400 -- $5.45
$401 to $500 -- $6.50
Over $500 -- Arranged via email
This fee is in addition to the shipping charges.

How long does it take to receive merchandise?
Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 36 hours of receipt on weekdays. Often, orders received by noon are shipped the same day. Priority Mail arrives in 1 to 4 shipping days, depending on your distance from California.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation of a successful credit card order processing and the expected shipping date. Telephone and Mail orders will also receive an email confirmation if you have provided us with your email address. Upon request, we will call to confirm a Telephone or Mail order.

What happens if the merchandise is lost or stolen during shipping and delivery?
The Delivery Confirmation tracking for your order will show you that we have shipped the package.  If your order has not been sent insured, we cannot replace lost or stolen merchandise.  If it has been insured, a replacement order will be sent along with documents for your signature, for which we will need to make a claim with the Post Office so that we may recover the cost of the merchandise.

Do you ship to addresses other than my address?
We would be happy to do so. Complete the Ship To portion of the order. If you wish a comment to be added to the order, such as Happy Birthday, indicate so in the Shipping Comments section of the order. The recipient will receive a copy of your invoice (not showing credit card information), which is used as a packing slip. If you DO NOT wish this to occur, please indicate so.  You will receive a receipt via email.

What are your payment options?
You may use a Credit Card, Check, or Money Order. Online, telephone, mail, or fax orders can be created with our ordering system. Once you have confirmed that the items you wish to order are in your shopping cart, and you proceed to the CHECKOUT page, you have the opportunity to choose between:

Secure Online Credit Card Order
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.  We accept debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard symbol.  All credit/debit card transactions which go through the Internet in this order system are protected by encryption. The card is not approved or charged by this system, but charged manually when we prepare your order. You will receive an email informing you that your card has been accepted and the projected shipping date. If there is a problem charging your card, we will contact you.

Create Mail or Fax Order Form
You may create an order form with this system which you may then print and use to Mail with a check or money order. You may also create an order form to Fax with your credit card information. Creating an order form on our system is the best method to use for mail and fax orders, as the proper merchandise prices, shipping and applicable sales tax will be calculated for you. Please do not print the Order Page to use as your order form and attempt to calculate the total yourself. If you read the instructions, it is quite simple to create an Order Form on our system. International customers sending a money order must do so from an international bank in US Dollars. No international funds postal money orders, please.

Create Telephone Order Form
You may create an order form with this system which you may then print to use as a reference to call us with your credit card information. Creating an order form on our system is the best method to use for Telephone orders, as the proper merchandise prices, shipping and applicable sales tax will be calculated for you, and it serves as a record of the charge to your credit card.  See the Contact Us page for number and hours to call in your Telephone Order.  When you call, we will access the order you placed and verify the details.  If you call outside our business hours, or all lines are busy, please leave a message. The Order Department will be happy to return your call promptly.

If you are a Repeat Customer
Some repeat customers find it convenient to simply email or telephone us quickly with their order. This works if you have ordered with a credit card previously. Simply email or leave a message on our voice mail indicating exactly what you would like to order and specifically tell us to "put it on my credit card." Be aware of changing expiration dates and security codes on the back of the card.

How does your shopping cart work?
You may add merchandise to your shopping cart by clicking on the Order button. At any time you may click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of each page to see the items in your shopping cart, and make any modifications. You can then either Continue Shopping, or Begin Checkout Process at that time.

Is it safe and secure to order merchandise online?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transaction secure. Our system is built using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology for security and privacy. For more information, see our Privacy and Security Policy. Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone or fax. See the Payment Options.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Only orders being delivered in California will be charged sales tax. The current rate is 7.25%.

How will I know that my order went through?
First, be sure that you follow the ordering system instructions all the way to the end, at which point you will be shown a receipt or order form which you may print. For an online Credit Card Order, you will shortly thereafter be automatically sent an email to the address shown on your order confirming that your order has been placed and will be processed in the next few days. Your credit card is not charged at this time, but rather will be charged when we process your order.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item that you ordered is out of stock, it will be automatically back-ordered. You will be informed of the projected shipping date of the back-ordered item. This is very rare.  We do not expect to be out of stock of RegenaCell.

What is your return policy?
We can not accept returns once merchandise has been opened.  If you would like to try the product before you make a purchase, we would be happy to send you a Free Sample.

What if I need to return unopened items?
You may return an UNOPENED item in its original condition for a refund or credit WITHIN 30 DAYS of receiving it. You will be credited for the original amount charged for the product only, not for shipping. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns should be accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt packing slip, AND with PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Contact us via email or telephone for authorization to return your order.  You will be given an RA number, which you must write on the outside of your package. We suggest you use a trackable or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.  Shipments without an RA number on the outside of the box will be returned to sender.  After your return has been received it will take a few days to process. If you originally ordered using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. As an option, you may also apply the credit to your account with us to be used toward future purchases.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others - ever! All information we gather is for the purpose of providing you with excellent customer service. We use your email address for correspondence regarding your order and shipping, and to answer your questions. We also use it to send announcements regarding sales and new products, which you are free to unsubscribe to at any time by emailing unsubscribe@regenacell.com.

What security precautions do you take?
Online Ordering - We have taken every precaution to make your online transaction secure. Our system is built using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology for security and privacy. Only authorized personnel have access to your order information, which is protected by a double layer of passwords.

Our Recordkeeping - All customer information is kept on a computer that only authorized personnel have access to. It is protected by a double layer of passwords.

Your Receipt - The receipt that is enclosed with your order contains only your name and address. Other personal information, including your telephone number, credit card number and email address are not shown on the receipt. (Note: your telephone number will appear on UPS shipments for assistance with delivery)

Do you collect information about me when I browse your website?
No, we do not.  We only collect information when you place an order, and only the information you submit.  We do not collect any information from your computer.

Your system offers a browser Cookie. What are Cookies?
Cookies are data stored on your computer which contains information about entries you have made while browsing. We offer the use of a Cookie only during your order process. This cookie contains your name, address, email, and other information so that the next time you order from Energetic Nutrition, you will not be required to type that information in again. It is optional, and you need to actually click the box which offers you this convenience. If you do not click the box, a cookie is not stored on your computer. The Cookie option appears on the Checkout page. Your receipt will indicate if you have chosen the Cookie option.
